Bao Thien Ngo: This seems to be a systemic issue; how can Vietnamese youths, upon graduation, continue to be part of their Vietnamese community, at the same time be in a viable career path. Wouldn’t they need a professional network? I think this should be the role of the Vietnamese Professional Society. There might be a need for new leadership to restructure and define a new vision within VPS. I am also exploring how to leverage LinkedIn or Jobster career networking platforms.
